• Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging.
• Non-returnable items include: personalized products, gift cards, and sale items.

2. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
• Funds will be returned to the original payment method within 7 days.

3. Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed for size or color issues, subject to stock availability.
